Moisture Max:Ā  contains the humectants that hold water in soil, and in addition, itā€™s spiked with a penetrating surfactant that breaks the surface tension of hydrophobic soils and helps saturate the turf root system. It also contains 4% sea kelp to encourage thicker/deeper grass roots so more water can be utilized by the turf prior to evaporation.

The best part: this product doesnā€™t have to be watered in immediately. It still needs to be watered in so it can go to work, but if you have to wait 24 hours for your irrigation or rainfall, no efficiency will be lost. The surfactant is the key as it will still pull all the ingredients down into the soil profile even if they have dried on the grass blades.
  • Easy application through hose end sprayer/quart or backpack sprayer

  • Available in liquid or granular, same results either way
  • Apply every 60 days for best results

Moisture Max is the ultimate moisture management solution for your entire lawn or for stubborn hot spots and dry spots. Apply 6oz/1000 sq ft every 2 months to the entire lawn, or concentrate spray into localized dry spots monthly. This product does need to be watered in, but itā€™s not like other products that can dry on the surface and then become useless. Moisture Max can sit for a day or two before being watered in and still provide the same result.

Application Information:
Moisture Max must be watered in with Ā¼ā€ of water in order to work - you just donā€™t have to get it watered in right away like other products that become ineffective if not watered in immediately.

This product can be used on all grass types, including the following:Ā 

  • Cool-Season Lawns - Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue (all fescues), Ryegrass.
  • Warm-Season Lawns - Bermuda, St Augustine, Zoysia, Centipede, Bahia.Ā
